Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to product availability. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LamGame is not responsible for lost return shipments.
